بنام خدا؛ هستی بخش مهربان |

By the heaven and the Morning Star . |
1 |
سوگند به آسمان و اختر شبگرد |
*
|
|
What will make you know what the Morning Star is? |
2 |
و تو چه دانی که اختر شبگرد چیست؟ |
|
|
It is the star that pierces through [life's] darkness. |
3 |
همان ستاره درخشانی که شكافنده تاريكيهاست |
|
|
There is no human being without a guardian . |
4 |
همانا که هر كس مراقب و نگهبانی دارد |
|
|
So let the human being, ponder from what he has been created, |
5 |
پس انسان نیک بیاندیشد كه از چه آفريده شده؟ |
|
|
he has been created from an ejected (seminal) fluid, |
6 |
از يك آب جهنده (منی) آفريده شده |
|
|
Coming out from the loin and the ribs. |
7 |
كه از بین کمر و دنده ها بیرون مىشود |
|
|
indeed He [who thus creates man in the first instance]is well able to bring him back [to life], |
8 |
همانا خدا بر بازگرداندنش بس توانااست |
|
|
on the Day when all secrets will be exposed, |
9 |
در آن روز كه اسرار نهان آشكار شود |
|
|
and [man] will have neither strength nor helper! |
10 |
و او نه خود توانائی دارد و نه او را ياوری است |
|
|
By the heavens, ever-revolving, |
11 |
سوگند به کهکشان های گردنده |
|
|
and the earth bursting forth (with plants)! |
12 |
(و به زمين شكاف بردار(كه گياهان از آن سر برمىآورند |
|
|
Indeed this is a Word that distinguishes (Truth from False), |
13 |
همانا اين (قرآن)سخنى است كه حق را ازباطل جدا میكند |

|
and is no idle tale. |
14 |
و هیچ افسانه یاوه نیست |
|
|
Indeed they[who refuse to accept it] are plotting a schemeو |
15 |
همانا آنها (که کافر شدند) نیرنگ میکنند چه نیرنگی |
|
|
and I am also scheming.
( I shall bring all their scheming to nought.) |
16 |
و من نیرنگی کنم چه نیرنگی |
|
|
Therefore give the disbelievers a little while longer. |
17 |
پس کافران را مهلتی ده ، مهلتی اندک |
|
