In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. |

بنام خدا؛ هستی بخش مهربان |

By the Fig and the Olive, |
1 |
سوگند به انجیر و زیتون |
|
|
And mount Sinai, |
2 |
و به کوه سینا |
|
|
And this City of security (Mecca),- |
3 |
و باین شهر امن |
|
|
Surely, We creat man in the best of design. |
4 |
همانا آدمی را به نیکوترین سرشت بیافرینیم |
|
|
Then We reduce him to the lowest of the low. * |
5 |
سپس اورا به پست ترین مراتب پست فروکاهیم |
|
|
Except those who believe and do righteous deeds, they shall have a reward unending! |
6 |
مگر آنها که ایمان آورده کارهای نیک کردند که برای آنهااست پاداشی بی منت و بی پایان |
|
|
What, then, could cause you still to reject the faith (moral law)? |
7 |
پس از این چه ترا به تکذیب دین واداشته؟ |

Is not God the Most Wise, of all the wise ones? |

مگر خداوند فرزانه ترین فرزانگان نیست؟ |
