آن حادثه درهم كوبنده |

What a pounding event. |

و چه حادثه درهم كوبندهاى |
|
|
And what could make you conceive what that pounding event is? |

و تو چه دانى كه آن حادثه درهم كوبنده چيست؟ |

|
On the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, |
4 |
روزیکه مردم چون موریانه های گیج و پراكنده،خواهند بود |
|
|
And the mountains will be like fluffy wool. |
5 |
و کوهها مانند پشم رنگين حلاجىشده شوند |
|
|
And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance , |
6 |
پس كسیکه درترازوى اعمال(اعمال خوبش) سنگين است |
|
|
Shall be in a pleasant state of life. |
7 |
در يك زندگى خشنود كننده خواهد بود |
|
|
whereas he whose weight is light in the balance, |
8 |
واما كسیكه درترازوى اعمال(اعمال خوبش) سبک است |
|
|
Shall be engulfed by an abyss. |
9 |
جایگاهش "هاويه" است |
|
|
And what could make you conceive what that [abyss] will be? |
10 |
و تو چه دانى "هاويه" چيست |
|
|
A hot blazing Fire! |
11 |
آتشی گدازنده و سوزان |
|
